How does the Cozy Cycle subscription work?

When you sign up, you choose your delivery cadence (every month, every 8 weeks, etc.). We bill your card on the day you subscribe and on each renewal date, then curate and ship your personalized box straight to your door—no extra steps required.

Can I fully customize the items in my Cozy Cycle box?

Absolutely! In your online dashboard, simply select the exact pads, tampons, liners, warming patches, tea blends, and self-care treats you want for each cycle. You can adjust quantities and swap products any time before your next shipment.

When will I be billed, and how often will my box arrive?

Your first payment is processed immediately upon subscribing. After that, we bill you on the same calendar day at your chosen frequency (e.g., monthly). Once billed, your box typically ships within 1–2 business days and arrives within 3–5 business days

How do I skip, pause, or cancel my subscription?

Log in to your Cozy Cycle account and go to “Manage Subscription.” From there you can:

Skip a shipment for one cycle

Pause all future orders indefinitely

Cancel entirely with no penalties

Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date.

What types of period-care products and sizes do you offer?

We carry:

Organic Cotton Pads (petite, regular, heavy, overnight)

Applicator Tampons (light, regular, super)

Liners (everyday, ultra-thin)

Plus warming patches, herbal tea blends, and bonus self-care treats in each box.

Are your pads, tampons, and liners organic and eco-friendly?

Yes. All our pads and liners use GOTS-certified organic cotton top sheets and biodegradable cores. Our tampons are 100% organic cotton, free of chlorine and synthetic fibers. We package everything in PCR (post-consumer recycled) mailers.

Do you ship nationwide, and what are your shipping options/costs?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii). Subscription orders enjoy free shipping, while one-time purchases incur a flat $5 shipping fee. You’ll see exact delivery estimates and tracking info in your account once your box ships.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay using all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club), popular digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Venmo), or a PayPal account. All methods are secure and available at checkout.
